The Kingdom Institute exists to equip, empower, and activate believers to walk in their God-given identity and authority, advancing the Kingdom of God on earth through apostolic alignment and prophetic revelation.


  • Co-Founder

    Paul Cox earned his doctorate of ministry degree from the California Graduate School of Theology in 1988. An ordained American Baptist pastor, Paul has served as senior pastor in four different churches throughout the Pacific Southwest. Paul lives with his wife Donna in Kaneohe, Hawaii and together they co-direct Aslan’s Place which serves as the base for their international training and prayer ministry. Paul is widely recognized for bringing freedom and breakthrough for individuals struggling with unique issues through the gift of discernment and generational deliverance. Paul and Donna have 3 adult children, 7 grandchildren and one great grandchild.


  • Co-Founder

    Rob and his wife Barbara planted Mountain View Community Church in 1992 in Kaneohe, Hawaii and continue to serve as senior pastors. Rob is known as a pastor to pastors and has a prayer ministry known for supernatural healing in people's lives. He has taught workshops on the gifts of the Spirit, prophetic evangelism, the Sabbath, the orphan stronghold and the Father's blessing. Rob is of Jewish and Japanese ancestry. He graduated from Iolani High School in 1977, earned his bachelor's degree and Phi Beta Kappa honors from the University of Hawaii in 1982, and earned his master of divinity degree from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in 1991. Rob and Barbara have three sons and five grandchildren.


  • Barbara Parker has authored or co-authored 18 books and has written numerous print and online articles. An anointed dreamer, she is sought out by many to both teach and interpret prophetic dreams. Possessing a broad grasp of Scripture, Barbara also offers amazing revelational insights that help believers better understand the Word of God and the move of the Spirit. Kind and empathetic Barbara is a welcome addition to our teaching team. Barbara and her husband Jack, who reside in Laguna Hills California, have been married for 50 years and have one son and three grandchildren.
